Kuhusu Mwanzilishi

Tuzo hizi zilianzishwa na Magreth Mvellah, mtaalamu wa mapambo ya matukio na mbunifu mwenye maono makubwa ya kuinua hadhi ya watoa huduma wa matukio nchini Tanzania. Kupitia jukwaa hili, anahakikisha kuwa kazi ya wapangaji wa matukio inatambuliwa na kupewa thamani inayostahili.
Magreth Mvellah alianza rasmi kuingia kwenye tasnia ya uandaaji wa matukio mwaka 2009, akiifanya kazi hii kwa mikono yake kwa kushirikiana na watoa huduma.
Baadaye, alijiendeleza kwa kusomea mapambo, akajifunza kutoka kwa wataalamu mbalimbali, na kufungua kampuni yake iitwayo MagrethMvellah Events, inayojihusisha na upambaji, ukodishaji na uuzaji wa vifaa vya mapambo.
Alianzisha pia kundi la WhatsApp la Tanzania Event Planners lenye wanachama zaidi ya 700, kisha akavunja ukimya na kuanzisha rasmi ndoto yake ya tuzo.
Mwaka 2023 alianza maandalizi ya kwanza, na mnamo 09.04.2024, msimu wa kwanza wa Tanzania Event Planners Awards ulizinduliwa rasmi.


About the Founder

The awards were founded by Magreth Mvellah, a professional event decorator and visionary creative with a passion for elevating the status of event service providers in Tanzania. Through this platform, she ensures that the work of event planners is recognized and given the value it truly deserves.
Magreth began her journey in the events industry in 2009, working hands-on alongside other service providers.
She later pursued further training in decoration, learned from industry professionals, and founded her own company, MagrethMvellah Events, which specializes in decor, equipment rentals, and sales of decoration materials.
She also started a WhatsApp group called Tanzania Event Planners with over 700 members. She then boldly decided to bring her dream of industry awards to life.
In 2023, she began the initial preparations, and on 09.04.2024, the first season of the Tanzania Event Planners Awards was officially launched.
